ZenFace Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of ZenFace, published by Ardtist Studio ("we", "us").
1. The service
ZenFace provides guided face-yoga exercises with on-device camera guidance. By using the app you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Health and safety
ZenFace is a wellness app, not a medical device, and gives no medical advice. Results vary between people and are not guaranteed. Stop any exercise that causes pain. Consult a doctor before use if you have facial pain, jaw or TMJ problems, injuries, skin conditions, or have had recent cosmetic or medical procedures (e.g. fillers, botulinum toxin, surgery).
3. Free access, welcome week and ads
- Welcome week: for the first 7 days after you first use the app, you can practise up to 5 exercises per day from the free catalogue and your personal plan, at no cost. The welcome week is granted once per device; reinstalling the app does not restart it.
- Free plan: afterwards you can practise 2 exercises per day.
- Rewarded videos: once your daily allowance is used up (during the welcome week or on the free plan), you may unlock 1 more exercise per short video you choose to watch, up to 3 videos per day.
- Premium exercises require a subscription.
- We may adjust free-plan limits; changes do not affect an active paid subscription.
4. ZenFace Premium subscription
- Premium is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) sold through Google Play. The price in your local currency, the billing period and any free trial are shown by Google Play before you confirm the purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Google Play account. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
- You can manage or cancel at any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy and applicable consumer law.
- If you reinstall the app or change device, use "Restore purchases" with the same Google account.
5. Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer the app, tamper with purchase or usage limits, or misuse the service. The app and its content (including exercise texts and illustrations) are protected by intellectual-property laws.
6. Liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages or for the results of exercises. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
7. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Contact us via the developer email on the app's Google Play page.
